Incube8 has a master policy undertaken with an established registered insurer which covers material damage, property damage and bodily injury due to Fire, Burglary, Public Liability and other malicious act stipulated in the insurance policy clauses.

One (1) month notice from expiry of contract date is required if you wish to terminate the service with Incube8.

We provide high speed internet broadband solutions and you can get connected either via LAN or WIFI connection straight away.

Yes, with Serviced Office package you have 24 hours access to your office space during working days, weekends and public holidays.

You cannot use Incube8 phone number 03-27856800. With Serviced office package we provide Dedicated phone number with receptionist service.

Yes, Incube8 offers two online FAX options: Dedicated Fax number or Shared Fax number. Please contact our sales team for more details at +603-2785 6800.

FAQ - Meeting Room

Rent a meeting room in Incube8 from a minimum of RM39 for our interior meeting room up to RM 129 per hour for our boardroom. All our meeting rooms are equipped with facilities that you need to host a productive meeting and are bookable in advance.

Yes, you can book a meeting room from a minimum of one hour, half day, daily or on multiple days subject to availability.

It is recommended to place a booking of your meeting room in advance to ensure a space is available. When you book in advance, you also have the option to adjust the sitting arrangement of the room and arrange external food & beverages when necessary.

If you have to postpone or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you can reschedule the booking to a new date within 3 months of the initial booking date.
