Are you happy with the outcomes in 2022? Whether it is good or bad, it is time to address the fact that 2023 is right around the corner. Now it is time to start listing down your 2023 vision into annual goals and actualise your new year planner!
Conduct an honest self-assessment
We tend to embrace our mistakes by different excuses. Of course, we have merits that lead us to certain successes too! This is why we must look in the mirror both personally and professionally. Deep understanding about yourself is of vital importance and taking appropriate actions to level up your capabilities and personalities is the key to create a feasible planner.
Evaluate the vision progress in past year
There are some long term visions such as body building goal, investment goal and others that might be carried forward year to year. If you achieve a certain target, e.g. maintaining your weight at 70kg, you may enhance it by building more muscles and lowering fats. The goals that are pending to accomplish, you should set another timeline and make sure you must achieve them in 2023.
Set practical visions in coming year
Identify where do you want to be in the coming years. Be specific, don’t simply set to be healthy or be rich. Narrow down the details and figures that are achievable in career, financial, physical, relationship and personal goals, e.g. exercise 3 days in a week and plan your time table, save a certain amount as your house deposit, set two family trips to Japan in March and Europe in November, etc.
We always feel more motivative in the beginning of year, so keep grinding and make our life better! Goodbye 2022 and lets welcome the 2023!
